How do I get support?

If you need help or have a question, getting support for eTrac is simple. Just click the Support link, which appears on every screen, and type in your question or problem. We make sure that a Service Consultant, who is knowledgeable about your issue, contacts you directly with the answer. Currently our Service Consultants are available via email 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time. If you submit a question outside these hours, our Service Consultants will usually respond by 10:00 a.m. the next business day.
